Decktype opens and saves .deck files on your Mac. Their contents are not automatically uploaded to KAIRIA. The format remains structured and can be inspected or versioned with your own tools.
Third-party agents and models
When you give a brief or document to Claude, OpenAI or another service, that provider receives what you send. Check its plan, retention policy and organization settings before using NDA-protected data. For a strictly offline requirement, use a genuinely local model and workflow.
macOS distribution
- Decktype 1.0.3 is signed with KAIRIA’s Developer ID Application certificate (Team ID 65XLRQ2U8B).
- Apple notarization allows Gatekeeper to verify a distributed build’s origin and integrity.
- The public DMG is distributed from releases.decktype.com, and later updates use Sparkle inside the application.
Report a vulnerability
Send a description, likely impact and reproduction steps to contact@kairia.fr with the subject “Decktype Security”. Do not include real client data. We will acknowledge receipt and coordinate a fix before public disclosure.
Scope
No application alone removes risks created by the device, backups, extensions, the chosen agent or export recipients. Use FileVault, keep macOS updated and follow your organization’s data-classification rules.
