Data processed on decktype.com
- Technical logs required to deliver and secure the site may include IP address, date, requested URL and browser information, and are processed by Vercel as host.
- Google Analytics loads only after you agree. It then measures viewed pages and a small set of product actions: download, Pro interest, language and contact. Advertising signals remain disabled.
- Your audience-measurement choice is kept in browser local storage for no longer than six months.
- If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details and the message to respond.
Decktype application data
Your .deck files and resources remain in the locations you choose. KAIRIA does not automatically receive their contents.
Downloads and update checks contact releases.decktype.com and create ordinary web-server logs. If you use an agent or model provider such as Claude or OpenAI, the data you send is handled according to your configuration and that provider’s terms. Decktype cannot turn a third-party service into local processing.
Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering, securing and diagnosing the site and download channel: KAIRIA’s legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.
- Responding to a request or preparing a commercial relationship: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest depending on the request.
- Audience measurement with Google Analytics: your consent, withdrawable at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Data is available to authorized KAIRIA staff and, as needed, Vercel for hosting, OVHcloud for email and the download channel, and Google only after Analytics consent. Vercel and Google may process some data in the United States using their applicable contractual and transfer mechanisms.
The consent choice is kept for six months. Analytics event retention is set to two months. Contact exchanges are kept while handled and, when necessary, up to three years after the last contact. Technical logs follow provider operational periods and are limited to security needs.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contact@kairia.fr. We may request only the evidence needed to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
